This is step 5 is the Obagi Nu-Derm system.  What step 5 of the regimen does is that it repairs cell damage found beneath the deepest layer of skin. The Blender increases the production of elastin and collagen which restores the skin’s elasticity. Obagi Blender will lighten up certain areas of the skin that are dark such as freckles and age spots.  Blender contains a specific prescription strength ingredient which is called hydroquinone (4%). This serves as the activating base used to mix with a Retinol Cream (non-prescription) or Tretinoin (prescription).  2 oz
